Items may be returned for a refund if paid for within specified timeframes. 14-day return window includes boots, ankle AFOs, cold therapy, and wrist/elbow/shoulder items. 30-day return window includes knee bracing, back and hip items, all bracing accessories, and neoprene/drytex bracing. Non-eligible items include commodes, wound care supplies, knee immobilizers, custom equipment, and shoe inserts. Post-operative equipment requires review by a CADE representative before return.

CADE Medical offers warranty replacement at no charge within specified timeframes. 60-day warranty covers commodes and shoe inserts. 6-month warranty covers knee post-op bracing, cold therapy, wrist/elbow/shoulder items, knee immobilizers, neoprene/drytex knee bracing, all bracing accessories, walkers, canes, crutches, scooters, boots, and ankle AFOs. 12-month warranty covers OA and ligament knee bracing, back and hip items. Lifetime warranty covers custom knee bracing frame and hinge.
